Currently the Chamber's Workforce Development division is involved in several issues. The biggest challenge to all communities is the quality of our future labor force. The division has formed an amazing partnership with education, nonprofits and businesses to greatly enhance the English Speaking skills of our Latino population. The division also develops programs to improve the work readiness of all students graduating from our high schools. If the quality of your labor force is important to you, this is the group to apply to.
